Author and event planner Gail Rubin will be discussing the Frozen Dead Guy Days celebration during the regular biweekly Buzz Snatching tele-workshop on Friday, March 11.  The 30-minute phone conference is free.

To register, email your name, company and phone number to buzzsnatching@gmail.com.  The tele-workshop begins promptly at noon Denver time.

Rubin played a major role in last weekend’s Frozen Dead Guy Days (FDGD) held in Nederland, Colorado.  It was FDGD’s 10th year.

Rubin, who refers to herself as “The Doyenne of Death,” is the author of A Good Goodbye: Funeral Planning for Those Who Don’t Plan to Die.  At FDGD, she hosted “The Newly-Dead Game” – which tested how well couples know each other’s last wishes.

Rubin will be interviewed about the unique concept of FDGD and how she has used her involvement with it to promote her own practice.  She is the creator of The Family Plot Blog, an online resource that provides information, inspiration and the necessary tools to pre-plan a healing and meaningful funeral or memorial service.

The Buzz Snatching group on Facebook, at www.Facebook.com/buzzsnatching, is open to all small business owners, entrepreneurs, consultants, professionals, authors and others who seek higher media and public visibility.  To join, go to the group’s Facebook page and “like” it.
