Life.VU Social Media Platform for Memorialization

Life.VU itemsOne of the online services displayed at the National Funeral Directors Association (NFDA) convention and expo was Life.VU. You can see in the video below that Life.VU provides an attractive way to memorialize someone – or perhaps all the attractive photos of actor Paul Walker in the demo swayed my judgement.

Life.VU offers funeral directors a social media technology platform that focuses on celebrating life. It provides an online way to give tribute after a death — even if you’re far from the action and can’t be there for the funeral — and creates an online memorial that can continue to grow.

The platform allows people to share thoughts and memories, buy online tributes like candles, flowers and wreaths, and build communities. The portal is simple to use and available for global access, including on mobile devices.

Life.VU was at NFDA to connect with funeral directors to offer the service to the families they serve. The company offers funeral homes an opportunity to share in site revenues.

Elazar Cohen, founder of Life.VU, describes and demonstrates the platform in this video. Learn more at www.Life-VU.com.
