Two media interviews of interest you may want to check out:
In today’s Albuquerque Journal, on the front of the Health Section, there’s a big story titled New Mexicans Advocate for More End-Of-Life Choices. It’s got an attention-grabbing picture of me and Lola at a recent Death Cafe at Sheila’s Sweets. (Lola’s the life-sized plastic skeleton who has a seat at the table. Remember, “Whatever Lola wants, Lola gets.”)
It starts out: Soon, New Mexico could be the fifth state in the country to allow its doctors to assist terminally ill patients in hastening their deaths by prescribing them medications – just one of the ways New Mexicans can assert some control over decisions surrounding end-of-life issues, such as estate planning and funeral choices, experts say.

And tomorrow, I’m the guest for Eric Tonningsen’s Awakening to Awareness Internet radio show. The program is live on Tuesday, January 7 at 6:00 p.m. Mountain Time (8:00 p.m. ET | 5:00 p.m. PT) on the RockStar Radio Network. The show is all about “Realigning with what really matters.”
As Eric says, “We Baby Boomers know we are not immortal. What better time to start planning for end-of-life issues – be they ours or those of our loved ones? Join us and learn some valuable information.”
