An Albuquerque Death Cafe will take place on Thursday, July 11, 2019 from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at the headquarters of Passages International. The address is 4516 Anaheim Ave. NE, Albuquerque, NM 87113.

Passages International is a leading provider of environmentally friendly funeral products for burial and cremated remains. The company is celebrating 20 years in business, and interest in green burial continues to grow. This will be a unique setting for a Death Cafe conversation about end-of-life issues!

The conversation will be facilitated by Gail Rubin, Certified Thanatologist, and a pioneer of the Death Cafe movement in the United States. Known as The Doyenne of Death®, Gail is also the coordinator of the Before I Die New Mexico Festival and one-day festival events.

As always, refreshments will be provided. We’ll have fruit and nuts available for those avoiding gluten in baked goods. The event is free and donations are welcome. Send a note to Gail [at] AGoodGoodbye.com to RSVP.
