How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

Albuquerque, NM 87176-6987 - Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and a copy of the purchase receipt.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Exceptions
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. Downloadable software products are non-returnable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within five days.
