In this Lió cartoon, little Lió has gone into business with the Grim Reaper to start Lió’s Extermination Service. He’s got a big smile on his face while pulling his little wagon with the Grim Reaper on board. The scythe has a banner that reads, “All manner of pests, from flea through flesh, eradicated.” You gotta give him credit for a unique summer job!
Meanwhile, over in Pearls Before Swine, Rat and Goat are talking with their neighbor Phil. Rat says, “He’s a real people person, so he’s looking for a job where he can work around people.” “Great. What do you have in mind?” asks Goat.
“Coroner,” says Phil. “The dead are much less whiny,” explains Rat.
They certainly are quieter than living people.
