Colorado Talks a Big Success
We had 950 people attend our fun activities at Frozen Dead Guy Days in Nederland, Colorado in March. Thanks to everyone who entered the prize drawing, and congratulations to Bill Behre of Golden who won the package of FDGD swag, a heart-shaped urn from Fathers Building Futures, and A Good Goodbye books and DVDs.
After my Going Green: New Trends in Death Care talk presented in Highlands Ranch, CO, one of the attendees, Kathleen Brakke, wrote this glowing testimonial: “We enjoyed your talk very much. It gave my husband and I lots to discuss. We have decided on a shroud burial and have just purchased plots at Seven Stones…. We had intended to be cremated before your talk. Thank you for opening our eyes to green alternatives. You are providing a valuable service.” Thanks, Kathleen!
