The Big Lebowski Ash Scattering

The famous ash scattering scene from “The Big Lebowski”

In honor of the Frozen Dead Guy Days festival in nearby Nederland, Colorado, Carroll-Lewellen Funeral & Cremation Services in Longmont and the Foothills Gardens of Memory are hosting Laughing in the Face of Death: Funny Films for Funeral Planning.

This free upbeat talk in the funeral home’s chapel features popcorn, beverages, door prizes, and clips from comedy films and television programs.

It’s what you need to know before you go!

The presenter is Gail Rubin, CT, a Certified Thanatologist (a death educator) and popular speaker who uses humor and films to start end-of-life conversations. Known as the Doyenne of Death®, her motto is, “Talking about sex won’t make you pregnant, and talking about funerals won’t make you dead.”

We’re dying to see you there! Download a PDF flyer for the event here.
